The Host position is a vital role within the Dior flagship boutique that is designed for a refined, engaging, and impeccably presented individual who will serve as the first ambassador of the Dior experience. This role is crucial in shaping the initial interactions guests have with the brand, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed with warmth, sophistication, and a high level of personalized service. The Host will help craft a memorable and seamless journey for clients, reflecting Dior's core values of luxury and exceptional customer care. Responsibilities include greeting clients elegantly, discreetly discerning their needs, and facilitating connections with the appropriate Brand Ambassadors, ensuring personalized service that exceeds expectations. The Host will also be knowledgeable about Dior's extensive collections and exclusive offerings, including spa services, enhancing the client’s boutique experience through informed recommendations and insightful assistance. Proficiency with boutique technology and client management systems is essential, as is the ability to manage boutique traffic and maintain an orderly, inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the Host will support special events and clienteling initiatives, contributing to the luxury ambiance and exceptional presentation of the boutique. Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a related client-facing environment

Job Duties

  • Elegantly welcome and greet each client upon arrival, creating an immediate and positive first impression that embodies the Dior spirit
  • Discreetly ascertain the purpose of the client's visit, directing inquiries and anticipating needs with grace and efficiency
  • Introduce clients to the appropriate Brand Ambassadors, facilitating a personalized and effortless experience
  • Provide exceptional, anticipatory service, exceeding client expectations with a proactive and attentive approach
  • Offer curated tours of the boutique, providing suggested recommendations and insightful assistance
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dior's collections, services, and heritage, including exclusive spa offerings
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing boutique technology and client management systems
  • Manage boutique traffic with discretion and maintain an orderly and inviting atmosphere
  • Support and participate in special events and clienteling initiatives
  • Support in maintaining highest standards of boutique presentation and ambiance at all times
