This innovative healthcare framework seamlessly integrates primary care, physical medicine, mental health services, health coaching, care navigation, and various other disciplines to provide comprehensive patient-centered solutions.

The company delivers care through various modalities including in-person visits, virtual consultations, and asynchronous messaging, thereby ensuring a surround-sound healthcare experience. The vision of Crossover Health is to build and nurture a proactive community of members who view healthcare as an integral and proactive part of their lifestyle rather than a reactive necessity. By continuously analyzing clinic metrics such as quality of care, member satisfaction, and operational efficiency, the Host Manager implements data-driven action plans to drive continuous improvement and success.

Furthermore, the Host Manager champions the deployment of new programs and innovative health service delivery initiatives. This includes managing training, staff scheduling, and member engagement activities in partnership with practice leadership. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of host team workflows, market-specific offerings, and employer-sponsored health insurance policies to effectively support members. This position involves daily travel to assigned clinic locations and demands physical stamina due to frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting.

The compensation for this role ranges from $71,211 to $92,575 annually, with potential eligibility for annual bonuses. In addition to competitive pay, Crossover Health offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability coverage, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
