Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • ability to multitask and handle a busy environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • basic computer skills
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role advantageous
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent organizational skills
  • friendly and approachable demeanor
  • basic knowledge of reservation systems helpful

Job Duties

  • greet guests upon arrival and seat them promptly
  • answer phone calls and manage reservations efficiently
  • maintain an accurate waitlist when the restaurant is busy
  • assist with coordinating guest seating to optimize dining room flow
  • provide guests with menus and information about the restaurant
  • ensure guests have a positive experience by addressing any concerns or special requests
  • bid farewell to guests and encourage them to return
