Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to multitask and handle a busy environment
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic computer skills
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet guests upon arrival and seat them promptly
- answer phone calls and manage reservations efficiently
- maintain an accurate waitlist when the restaurant is busy
- assist with coordinating guest seating to optimize dining room flow
- provide guests with menus and information about the restaurant
- ensure guests have a positive experience by addressing any concerns or special requests
- bid farewell to guests and encourage them to return
