As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be the face of our establishment and play a vital role in setting the tone and atmosphere for an enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, managing phone calls and reservation bookings efficiently, and overseeing the seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and wait times. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential as you coordinate with the rest of the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations and a memorable customer experience. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability during weekends, to accommodate the needs of our busy service periods.
