Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Six months restaurant experience
- Ability to make correct change and calculate daily receipts
- Good grooming habits and manners
- Valid Washington State food handler's card
- Good manual and finger dexterity for operation of computerized sales register
- Ability to stand for longer than 8 hours
- Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
- Ability to tolerate a smoke filled environment
- Ability to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
- Obtain a Class III B license as required by regulatory authorities
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing

Job Duties
- Greet guests as they enter the dining venues
- Maintain reservations
- Assign tables to service staff
- Calculate daily receipts
- Find suitable seating for guests
- Keep the host-hostess area stocked and cleaned at all times
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager
