Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Six months restaurant experience
  • Ability to make correct change and calculate daily receipts
  • Good grooming habits and manners
  • Valid Washington State food handler's card
  • Good manual and finger dexterity for operation of computerized sales register
  • Ability to stand for longer than 8 hours
  • Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
  • Ability to tolerate a smoke filled environment
  • Ability to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
  • Obtain a Class III B license as required by regulatory authorities
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests as they enter the dining venues
  • Maintain reservations
  • Assign tables to service staff
  • Calculate daily receipts
  • Find suitable seating for guests
  • Keep the host-hostess area stocked and cleaned at all times
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager
