Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • ability to handle fast-paced work environments and multitask effectively

  • prior upscale or fine dining host experience preferred

  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow
  • maintain and update reservation logs accurately
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless service
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
  • uphold the ambiance and standards of the upscale dining environment
  • assist in coordinating special requests and accommodations
