Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Providing guests with accurate wait times and accommodating special requests
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
- Collaborating with restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest flow
- Assisting guests with information about the menu and venue when needed
- Upholding the company's standards of hospitality and guest service
