Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests warmly upon arrival
  • Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Providing guests with accurate wait times and accommodating special requests
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
  • Collaborating with restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest flow
  • Assisting guests with information about the menu and venue when needed
  • Upholding the company's standards of hospitality and guest service
