Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a hospitality role preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to stand for extended periods
availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Job Duties

Greeting guests warmly upon arrival
managing reservations and waitlists efficiently
escorting guests to their tables with professionalism

maintaining an organized and tidy host station
handling guest inquiries and special requests courteously
monitoring dining area to improve guest experience
