Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a host or customer service role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Must legally be able to work in the location

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly as they enter the restaurant
- Manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently
- Maintain an organized waiting list and communicate wait times accurately
- Coordinate with servers and management to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
- Uphold upscale fine dining standards in presentation and guest interaction
- Provide information about the restaurant’s menu and services
- Assist guests with special requests to enhance their dining experience
