Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a host or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • Must legally be able to work in the location

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and promptly as they enter the restaurant
  • Manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently
  • Maintain an organized waiting list and communicate wait times accurately
  • Coordinate with servers and management to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
  • Uphold upscale fine dining standards in presentation and guest interaction
  • Provide information about the restaurant’s menu and services
  • Assist guests with special requests to enhance their dining experience
