- prior host experience in upscale or fine dining preferred
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- maintain waiting lists and communicate wait times accurately
- provide guests with information about menu items and restaurant policies
- collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
