Job Duties

greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently
maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service
assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu and services
monitor guest wait times and provide accurate updates
uphold company standards for guest service and hospitality
