Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an upscale or fine dining host role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability to work various shifts
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Maintain waiting lists and communicate wait times accurately
- Coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards in the host area
- Provide information about the menu and restaurant policies to guests
