Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an upscale or fine dining host role preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Maintain waiting lists and communicate wait times accurately
  • Coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards in the host area
  • Provide information about the menu and restaurant policies to guests
