Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an upscale or fine dining host role preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Flexible availability to work various shifts
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

Prior upscale or fine dining host experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a guest-first attitude

Passion for great food and hospitality
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
Maintain waiting lists and communicate wait times accurately
Coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards in the host area
Provide information about the menu and restaurant policies to guests
