Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in upscale or fine dining host roles preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible schedules

  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements in an upscale dining setting
  • maintain a friendly and accommodating attitude to enhance the guest experience
  • coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure timely seating and table turnover
  • handle guest inquiries and reservations professionally and efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
  • assist in managing waitlists and communicating wait times to guests
  • support team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
