Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in upscale or fine dining hosting preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • customer service orientation
  • ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
  • maintain the waiting list and provide accurate wait times
  • coordinate with the dining room staff and kitchen for efficient guest flow
  • answer phone calls and handle reservations or inquiries
  • ensure the lobby and host station are clean and organized
  • assist guests with special requests and accommodate seating preferences
  • support the team in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere
