Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior hosting experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • friendly and approachable demeanor
  • availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a host in an upscale or fine dining setting preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong team player with a guest-first attitude
  • passion for the hospitality industry and great food
  • knowledge of reservation management systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival
  • manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
  • seat guests according to reservation and table availability
  • maintain an organized seating chart and ensure smooth flow of guests
  • communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to optimize service
  • provide guests with information about the menu and dining options
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating-related issues promptly
