Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
  • basic knowledge of restaurant reservation systems preferred

  • Prior experience as a host in an upscale or fine dining environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival
  • manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently

  • assist guests with special requests and dietary needs
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas
  • collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless guest flow
  • uphold Landry's standards of hospitality and guest service
