Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in upscale or fine dining hosting preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
  • Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently
  • Maintain the waiting list and manage reservations
  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and service flow
  • Provide information about menu offerings and restaurant policies
  • Ensure the host station and entrance area are clean and inviting
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
