Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to navigate stairs and varied surface conditions safely
- capacity to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
- willingness to work in confined, crowded, and noisy environments with varying temperatures
- availability to work variable schedules between 15 to 30 hours per week
- commitment to uphold company policies and guest service standards
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
- excellent communication skills
- friendly and upbeat demeanor
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to effectively engage and interact with diverse guests
- ability to follow directions and work well within a team
Job Duties
- Greet guests with positive energy and enthusiasm
- check in reservations and assist with gameplay check-in at kiosks
- guide guests safely into and throughout the venue
- seat guests and deliver menus
- assist guests with cloakroom services
- maintain cleanliness of reception, cloakroom, and guest services areas
- answer guest questions and address issues courteously
- comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
- perform opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned
- follow policies and procedures outlined in the Associate Handbook
