Puttshack is looking to grow its team with fun, dedicated hospitality associates who are passionate about providing an elevated, unique guest experience. The Reception position plays a crucial role in setting the tone for visitors by delivering warm welcomes and guiding guests throughout the venue. This role is essential in ensuring that every guest's experience is comfortable, seamless, and enjoyable from the moment they arrive. The Receptionist checks in reservations, assists guests with seating arrangements for dining, manages cloakroom services, and supports the interactive gameplay experience by helping with kiosk check-ins. This role demands a highly personable individual with enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain composed while handling guest inquiries or concerns.

Working at Puttshack involves flexible scheduling as the venues operate seven days a week, generally from late morning until past midnight. This flexibility caters to individuals who require variable hours between 15 and 30 hours per week.
