Job Requirements
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift and move safely through venue areas including stairs and uneven surfaces
- Ability to move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Work in confined, crowded space with high noise and various temperature levels
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor

Job Duties
- Greet guests with positive energy and get them excited to play
- Assist guests with checking in their belongings to the cloakroom
- Assist guests with gameplay check in at the kiosks
- Guide guests to seating areas and deliver menus
- Answer questions and address any issues with a friendly demeanor
- Assist with general cleanliness of the reception, cloakroom, and guest services area
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
