Job Requirements

  • Ability to greet and engage guests warmly
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Willingness to follow club policies and procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Greet members and guests entering and leaving the restaurant with a warm welcome, name recognition, and a fond farewell
  • Seat guests with responsibility for fair rotation of cover counts
  • Maintain cleanliness of menus and host stand area and ensure all menus and wine lists are current
  • Communicate special requests such as birthdays, anniversaries, and allergies to the relevant service staff
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to provide seamless guest service
  • Follow all safety and hygiene standards as required by the club
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
