Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be friendly and great with guests
- Must be able to work on feet for extended periods
- Strong guest and customer service skills
- Friendly and people skills required
- Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and use POS software systems
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude
- Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
- Make small talk and learn guests’ names to personalize interactions
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized host stand area
- Use restaurant POS software for managing floor seating and waitlists
- Work collaboratively with servers, bussers, and management to ensure smooth service flow
- Adapt to variable shifts including weekends and holidays
