Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- customer service orientation
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work as part of a team
- basic knowledge of reservation systems or willingness to learn
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or host role is a plus

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- manage reservations and reception duties efficiently
- provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- assist with seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow
- communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns diplomatically
