We are currently hiring for the role of Host/Hostess, a crucial front-of-house position responsible for ensuring our guests receive exceptional first impressions as they enter the restaurant. This role involves greeting guests warmly, managing seating arrangements efficiently, handling reservations, and maintaining smooth operations in the reception area. The Host/Hostess serves as the face of the restaurant, embodying our values of welcoming hospitality, respect, and teamwork.
This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, catering to a range of scheduling needs. Hosts and Hostesses are at least 17 years old and bring a positive attitude along with a readiness to learn and grow within the company. We provide thorough training to equip new team members with the skills required for success in this role, emphasizing customer service excellence and operational functionality.
Compensation is competitive, with attractive benefits including weekly pay, paid vacation eligibility after six months, and quarterly bonus potential. Our benefit package extends to medical, dental, life insurance, and both short-term and long-term disability coverage. Additionally, after one year of employment—and upon reaching 21 years of age—team members may participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan with a company match.
