With a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and continuous growth, Levy presents a dynamic workplace environment where employees can thrive and develop their careers. The company is part of Compass Group USA, a global leader in foodservice management, and actively promotes equal opportunity workplace practices.

The pay range for this role is $16.20 to $20.00 per hour, reflecting the company’s recognition of talent and dedication. As a Host/Hostess, you will serve as the welcoming face for guests, responsible for ensuring smooth seating arrangements and creating an enjoyable dining atmosphere. This role demands excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine interest in people, as well as the ability to handle customer service challenges effectively.

Additionally, responsibilities include training new team members, managing the closing duties of the dining room, and demonstrating knowledge and implementation of emergency safety procedures. The Host/Hostess also assists with service tasks such as bussing tables and food service occasions while maintaining safe food handling standards.

Moreover, the position requires familiarity with operating various equipment, including fire extinguishers, coffee machines, and soda dispensers, and collaborating closely with staff from other departments during special events or functions. Emphasis on confidentiality regarding guest information and high standards for customer interaction further define this critical role.

Levy’s employment package includes numerous attractive benefits like Instapay, which allows early wage access, high-interest savings opportunities through the EVEN app, health and wellness programs, an associate shopping program, and an employee assistance program. The company also encourages employees to be part of an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and promotes professional development.
