Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic proficiency in English
- ability to work cooperatively within a team
- willingness to adhere to franchisee's employment policies
- reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- basic knowledge of POS (point of sale) systems is a plus
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly upon arrival
- manage waitlist and seating assignments efficiently
- assist guests with special requests and accommodate their needs
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and front dining area
- communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to optimize table turnover
- provide friendly and helpful information about the menu and restaurant policies
- handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
