Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • basic proficiency in English
  • ability to work cooperatively within a team
  • willingness to adhere to franchisee's employment policies
  • reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • friendly and approachable demeanor
  • basic knowledge of POS (point of sale) systems is a plus
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • manage waitlist and seating assignments efficiently
  • assist guests with special requests and accommodate their needs
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and front dining area
  • communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to optimize table turnover
  • provide friendly and helpful information about the menu and restaurant policies
  • handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
