Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- must be able to work in a team environment
- basic math skills for handling seating and waitlist management
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- basic proficiency with computers or reservation software is beneficial
Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize dining area usage
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas
- communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate guest seating and flow
- handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu or wait times
- manage reservations and waitlists when applicable
- assist in maintaining a friendly and positive atmosphere in the restaurant
