The pay rate for this role is $16.90 per hour, with the opportunity to earn tips when working as a Busser. As a Host-Hostess, you are the first point of contact for guests arriving at the restaurant, serving as the face of hospitality. You will be expected to manage guest flow efficiently, taking reservations, organizing the waitlist, and assigning tables to ensure fair and smooth seating. Your role will involve escorting guests to their tables, presenting menus, and accommodating special seating requests wherever possible. Maintaining a polished, professional appearance and a friendly disposition is essential to uphold the company’s standards.

As a Busser, your responsibilities center on supporting the restaurant team by clearing and resetting tables quickly and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming. You will assist in restocking utensils, napkins, condiments, and other items to ensure that everything runs smoothly during busy service times. Adhering strictly to safety and sanitation policies is crucial to protect the wellbeing of both guests and staff.

The ideal candidate for this position is not only hardworking and focused but also approachable and collaborative, able to communicate effectively with both the team and guests. Flexibility in scheduling is required, as shifts will include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina is necessary because the role demands standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping throughout the shift, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
