We are currently seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join The Blind Goat team. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of the restaurant and providing excellent customer interaction. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is motivated, hardworking, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a lively and sometimes demanding setting. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for answering phones, booking reservations, and greeting customers with a warm and friendly demeanor. Your role contributes significantly to setting the tone for the dining experience and ensuring guests feel valued and attended to.

In addition to welcoming guests, the Host/Hostess will be responsible for estimating wait times, taking orders through the POS system, and assisting staff with bussing tables and resetting the counter for incoming guests.
