The Host/Hostess role at Doc's is pivotal in shaping the guest's initial and ongoing impressions by offering a seamless and courteous welcome experience. Job Duties

  • Greeting and seating guests
  • managing reservations and the waitlist, controlling the flow of business
  • knowledge of all OpenTable functions
  • fulfill take out orders accurately including collection of payment
  • complete knowledge of restaurant offerings
  • immediately report incidents of guest dissatisfaction, accidents, etc. to management
  • check in service team members upon arrival and assist throughout shift
  • sanitize high touch surfaces regularly
  • complete bathroom checks every 30 minutes
  • help maintain quality, cleanliness and service standards
