Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year experience preferred in a restaurant setting
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • availability for flexible evening shifts
  • ability to stand and move throughout a crowded dining room
  • ability to handle guest concerns with empathy and provide solutions
  • authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet guests as they arrive

  • comply with attendance rules and maintain regular availability
  • assist co-workers with job duties as needed
  • handle guest complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner
