Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age or 18 years or older if serving alcohol
Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests safely and professionally to their table
Engage in warm and friendly conversation with guests
Demonstrate genuine hospitality over the phone and in person
Provide accurate wait times and answer guest questions
Take reservations and manage reception duties
Direct guests to restrooms and assist with to-go orders
Contribute to team efforts with a can-do attitude to deliver 100% guest satisfaction
