Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a restaurant environment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Friendly and professional appearance
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
  • Manage reservations and wait lists efficiently to minimize guest wait times
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant services
  • Assist with seating assignments to optimize table turnover and maximize guest satisfaction
  • Support team members during busy periods to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
