Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a restaurant environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Friendly and professional appearance
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications

- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and wait lists efficiently to minimize guest wait times
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant services
- Assist with seating assignments to optimize table turnover and maximize guest satisfaction
- Support team members during busy periods to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
