Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a restaurant environment preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to stand for extended periods
Friendly and professional appearance
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and accommodating demeanor
Team player with a guest-first attitude
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
Manage reservations and wait lists efficiently to minimize guest wait times
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant services
Assist with seating assignments to optimize table turnover and maximize guest satisfaction
Support team members during busy periods to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
