Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries
- Maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods
- Coordinate seating with servers and management to optimize table turnover
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
