Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- basic knowledge of hospitality industry standards
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- manage reservation lists and wait times
- escort guests to their tables
- provide menus and answer guest inquiries
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff
- handle guest complaints or special requests courteously
