As a part of the Applebee's family, the company upholds a strong commitment to diversity, achievement, and quality while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for its team members. This dedication ensures that both guests and employees feel valued and appreciated in all interactions.
The company is currently seeking both full-time and part-time Hosts and Hostesses to join their front-of-house team. These roles are integral to the guest experience, focusing on greeting customers warmly, managing seating arrangements, handling reception duties, and assisting with reservations. The primary goal of these positions is to ensure guests receive exceptional customer service from the moment they enter the restaurant. This job is perfect for those who have a passion for hospitality, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in customer service. Previous restaurant or teamwork experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training opportunities are provided. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
One notable benefit of working with Neighborhood Restaurant Partners includes the unique opportunity to access a portion of your earned wages daily through a partnership with Rain, which allows employees to receive 50% of their pay within hours of completing a shift. Additionally, the company offers competitive wages, meal discounts, flexible work schedules, and a positive work atmosphere that values employee contributions and growth. Overall, this role promises a dynamic, supportive workplace where team members can thrive while delivering excellent service to customers.
