Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must be able to greet customers warmly
  • Previous experience in hospitality or retail preferred
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts

Job Duties

  • Serves as the Customer’s first impression of service in the restaurant
  • Greets all incoming customers with a smile and by opening the door
  • Warmly invites the Customer to find a table wherever they’d prefer or shows them to waiting chairs
  • Manages the order of waiting Customers to ensure prompt seating
  • Thanks Customers as they are leaving and invites them to return
  • Stocks and maintains the self-service coffee bar
  • Hands menus to waiting Customers and answers questions about the menu or wait times
