Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- eligible to work in the us
- previous restaurant or teamwork experience preferred but not required
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
- strong teamwork and organizational skills
- friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and guide them to their seats
- manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
- communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow
- handle guest inquiries and address any concerns promptly and professionally
- coordinate waitlists during busy periods
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the host area
- assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant
