Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Team-oriented with a passion to succeed
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Good verbal communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems is advantageous
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs
- Monitor the dining area to manage guest flow and wait times
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
