Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly
  • Manage seating arrangements and waitlists efficiently
  • Communicate guest needs and preferences to restaurant staff
  • Maintain a clean and organized host station
  • Provide information about menu, specials, and restaurant policies
  • Assist in managing guest flow during peak times
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences
