Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- positive attitude and team player mentality
- strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- manage the seating chart to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- provide accurate wait time estimates and manage guest expectations
- handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- assist with any special guest accommodations or event seating arrangements
