Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- team-oriented with a passion to succeed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- customer-oriented attitude
- proficiency with reservation and POS systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly
- manage guest seating and reservations effectively
- maintain waitlists and communicate wait times accurately
- provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- collaborate with team members to coordinate seating and service flow
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve any seating or reservation issues
- ensure the front-of-house area is clean and welcoming
