Currently hiring full-time and part-time Hosts/Hostesses, Red Robin invites energetic individuals who are strong team players, excellent communicators, and organized with great attention to detail. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights
  • ability to handle fast-paced environments
  • basic knowledge of reservation systems or willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests as they arrive
  • manage seating assignments and reservations
  • coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize guest flow
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
  • communicate wait times and special promotions to guests
  • assist with answering phones and handling customer inquiries
  • support team members during peak times to ensure smooth service
