Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
excellent customer service skills
basic proficiency in English
willingness to learn and take direction
positive attitude with a friendly demeanor

Prior restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
manage guest seating and wait lists efficiently
communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
respond to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism
coordinate reservations and manage table availability
assist in maintaining a positive and respectful work environment
