Job Duties
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Seat customers at appropriate tables or booths
- Suggest new menu items including limited-time offerings
- Handle payment collection and make correct change
- Assist with beverage orders including specialty coffees
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of hostess station
- Answer incoming phone calls and take to-go orders
- Assist service personnel with clearing and setting tables
- Resolve customer complaints and notify management as needed
- Provide total guest satisfaction and support other team members willingly
