Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival
- manage guest seating and waitlist efficiently

- handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting areas
- assist in maintaining a positive atmosphere in the dining area
