Landry's is a leading hospitality and entertainment company known for delivering exceptional guest experiences across a wide variety of restaurants, hotels, and amusement venues. Founded with the mission to offer unparalleled services and entertainment, Landry's has grown into a trusted brand that values its employees as integral to its success. The company is committed to fostering a positive and respectful work environment where diversity is embraced and employees are recognized as their greatest asset. Landry's invests in its people through structured training and development programs that encourage career growth and advancement, making it an attractive place to work for those passionate about hospitality and service excellence.

The role of Host at Landry's is more than just a frontline position—it is an opportunity to be the face of the hospitality experience from the moment guests arrive. Hosts play a crucial role in managing the flow of the restaurant, greeting guests warmly, and ensuring their needs are promptly and graciously met. This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and who aspire to uphold and embody Landry’s “Be FAIR” ideals: Be Friendly, Accommodating, Inclusive, and Respectful. As a Host, you will contribute directly to the overall guest satisfaction and help create memorable dining experiences.

This position is hourly paid, with a posted rate of USD $16.90 per hour, and it is a tipped position, meaning that you will also earn tips on top of your base salary. Flexibility is a highlight of this role, as Landry's values work-life balance by offering flexible schedules to accommodate employees' diverse needs. Moreover, employees receive generous discounts on dining, retail, amusements, and hotel stays, in addition to multiple benefit plans designed to suit different lifestyles. Paid time off or paid sick leave options are available depending on location.

Working at Landry's as a Host means joining a winning team that prioritizes integrity, team spirit, and guest satisfaction. Beyond day-to-day duties, hosts are given opportunities for career advancement within the company’s large network and encouraged to participate in community volunteer initiatives through Landry’s League. The work environment is positive and supportive, fostering a culture that respects and values every individual’s contribution. If you have a passion for great food, fun, and engaging with people, this role offers a fantastic stepping stone to build your career in the hospitality industry. Individuals with prior restaurant experience and a guest-first mindset are especially encouraged to apply.

Overall, Landry’s offers aspiring hospitality professionals a vibrant workplace filled with learning and growth opportunities, competitive pay, and meaningful benefits. As a Host, you will be a vital part of a dedicated team that consistently strives to exceed guests’ expectations and deliver an outstanding hospitality experience from the moment they walk through the doors.
