Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- Manage the guest waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate with guests courteously
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to accommodate special guest requests and seating preferences
- Help ensure guests have a positive experience by addressing concerns or questions promptly
- Support team members during busy periods by performing additional duties as needed
