Top Dawg Tavern is a family-owned and operated full-service casual dining restaurant known for its welcoming atmosphere and delicious fare. Established in 2013, the restaurant has expanded to six vibrant locations across the southeastern United States, including Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- part time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to learn and follow restaurant policies
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in host, hostess, greeter, maitre d, or other front of house restaurant roles preferred
- ability to work flexible part time hours
- positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- team player with strong customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all customers as they enter the restaurant
- organize tables on seating chart and seat customers according to guidelines
- give guests accurate wait times
- assist with To Go orders
- assist with third party delivery orders such as DoorDash and GrubHub
- prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- provide friendly customer service to enhance guest experience
