Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • ensure guests are comfortable while waiting

  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • uphold company standards for guest service
