Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival
- verify the number in their party and determine special needs
- seat customers at appropriate tables or booths
- suggest new menu items from limited-time offerings
- receive payment and make correct change
- assist with beverages including specialty coffees
- clean, complete side work, and organize supplies
- handle incoming telephone calls and take to-go orders
- maintain proper supply of clean menus and hostess area cleanliness
- provide beverage orders and refills
- assist service personnel in clearing and setting tables
- resolve guest complaints and notify management
- assist team members willingly without prompting
- ensure total guest satisfaction
